This place is absolutely amazing been here three days out of seven hotel is spotless. Staff very friendly and the rooms are absolutely fantastic bed is massive. Plus everything you need is inside cooker big fridge freezer washer dryer everything and I mean everything. Well Done Guys it’s 10/10 from us.ps forgot to mention the pool really lovely we even got a email message on our second day asking if everything was ok and if we need anything ring or ask reception. Thanks

Yashika it’s really the best !!! She took care of all my problems. A wonderful person. I'm Argentinian and I really appreciate people who treat you like this. She told me where to go, everything was fantastic. I will definitely be back; this is the 20th time I've rented here and everything has been perfect.

service from the front desk was great they held all our belongings behjnd the smdesk until our room was available and let us check in an hr early! staff was very accommodating! place was clean snd the room isnt a room its ab apartment, pricewise was amazing we will come back again

Let me just start by saying this hotel is fantastic! From the moment I got there I was very well taken care of by the 3 love ladies behind the counter. Shianne, Yashika, and Shannon we're amazing and very helpful. I came in a little bit earlier than expected and so I went out to the pool and was greeted by Laura behind the bar while I waited for my room. Laura knows how to make a great drink and even taught me something I didn't even know. And I'm a bartender! 😂🤣 It was a pleasure to meet them. And I appreciate all the assistance to be able to get my room. The view is spectacular and the room is clean, organized, and definitely by all means a suite. I will for sure. Always, make a reservation at this hotel whenever I'm in town.

With only 10minutes from Universal, and pretty much a straight shot form the hotel to the parks, has been so convenient!! This place is like old apartment suites, full kitchen, dryer/washer, and a balcony with a beautiful view!! Shianne checked us when we got here, and she has such an amazing personality!! Every time we left or came back,she checked in with us,made sure everything was going well, and we were having fun!!!

The Point Hotel & Suites in Orlando was absolutely amazing! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and super comfortable, and the location is perfect for getting to everything in Orlando. The atmosphere felt peaceful and welcoming, making it a great place to relax after long days out. A huge thank you to Yashika for making our stay even better. She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her customer service made us feel valued and taken care of from start to finish. I would 100% recommend The Point Hotel & Suites to anyone visiting Orlando and I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay. Budget friendly, but it is definitely not a cheap hotel. Good breakfast at a reasonable price. Pool is heated, staff is friendly. We will stay again for sure. Very very close to universal attractions as well.

Shevell and Tiffany at the front desk were amazing!!!! Extremely friendly and accommodating!!!!! Rooms are very clean we were on a budget and to have a room were you could bring your own food and cook to not go spend money at any restaurants... everything is close by and the smell of cleanliness is all over
